At Invopak, we strive to ensure your industrial packaging solutions meet the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring that all components are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central processing warehouse; we recommend insuring the shipment for its full commercial value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
